Here’s a little bit about me…
I’m originally from Tokyo,Japan.
I moved to Sydney more than 10 years ago, since moving

I totally fell in love with this city…
And now I call Sydney HOME.

I have an art background, also chef/pastry background,

I graduated from Art collage in Tokyo, worked as a graphic designer/fashion accessory designer, then I learnt pastry cooking at Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney.

I love both Art and baking.

One day,when I saw a cake decorating magazine at book shop in Sydney long time ago, I was in HUGE shock!

Because what I saw in the magazines were so beautiful and creative, the cakes I had never seen or imagined…
 

Then I thought…..”This is it! This is what I should do !”
 

That was where it all started…
 

I started working at famous up-market cake shop

“Sweet Art” in paddington in 2003,
then moved to “Planet cake” in 2006.

Some of you guys may recognise me from TV series

”Planet Cake” for Lifestyle Food channel,
which aired in 2012.

While I was working for them, I created numerous number of cakes for celebrities in Australia/overseas,likes of Lady Gaga, Jennifer Hawkins, James Packer, to name of a few.
 

Also I created many famous corporate/TV show cakes including cakes for Barangaroo project.

I had gained great skills from my past work, and now I’m ready to fly solo…

My aim is  creating custom made cakes for any occasion and never compromised with quality.
 

And of course the most important thing is to make
